Short net sun wheels are missing the third petal completely or is replaced with a ring around the outside edge. Also it still uses a full sized handle even with the shorter net which makes for a more precise level of control. This design is perfect for tight spaces, flowing at a concert, or when a lighter weight prop is desired.
