Prop Re-wick/ Repair Consultation Fee

NOT A PHYSICAL PRODUCT

This listing is for a 15 to 20 minute scheduled phone consultation.

We’re open to taking on certain repair and rewicking projects, even if the item was not originally made by The Odd Prop Shop.

If we decide not to take on your project, we’ll still use the time to brainstorm solutions with you and offer guidance on the best way to handle the repair yourself.

✅ Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your product, we are happy to work with you under the following conditions:

1. You contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.

2. You return the item within one month of the delivery date.

We cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages caused by the postal service. If an issue arises, you will need to file a claim with the postal carrier or Etsy. For added security, we offer optional shipping insurance, which we highly recommend—especially for orders over $200—for peace of mind.

Please allow up to two weeks for your order to be completed (unless otherwise stated). Processing times may vary depending on our current order volume. If you need your order sooner, please reach out to us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
